Elite Leader Mission and Purpose

To allow senior executives and key managers to select upcoming manager candidates, where there is a consensus that the potential exists for “Future Leadership.”

My role in the “Elite Leader Development Process” would then be to assume the accountability for educating, testing and supporting the candidates you choose. Interactive studies over a 12-week period will significantly advance the candidate’s capabilities and put them on a course to be able to accept and perform well with additional responsibilities. 

Developing Leaders

The objective will be to develop leaders that can:

  1. Build a positive high performing culture within their area of responsibility
  2. Utilize this high-performing culture to drive operational and financial excellence with organizational vibrance
  3. Consistently employ a critical thought process to plan, organize, execute, motivate and lead teams of people within your organization

The goal will be for these leaders to sustain a performance that assures profitability and organizational vibrance.
